Pre-Study Practical

A)
You have achieved the Secondary School Level I Certificate or O-Levels and have decided to pursue an education as youth social worker or educator at a children´s home. Before you visit the professional school for two years, a one year pre-study practical year is compulsory. We offer you the opportunity to complete this pre-study practical in one of our facilities. Start the middle of August until the middle of September of the following year.

B)
You want to bridge the time before starting university, a job training or something similar with an internship? We offer you the opportunity of a pre-study practical, lasting at least half a year.

Professional Practical Training

The professional practical training ensues, after having finished the one year pre-study practical and a two year professional school. Start: Beginning/Middle of September.

For this internship we can only accept students of the professional schools.

Polytechnic – First and Second Practical Term

Polytechnic Practical Term

You have an advanced technical college certificate and are studying at a Polytechnic.

You need two practical terms of 20 weeks each which are planned at specific times during the course of study.

If you are interested in a job with us and have received a positive answer, we require apart from your application - see below-, your certificate of matriculation as well as a contract from your polytechnic.

Introductory Internship | Block Internship | Lower Level Practical and Upper Level Practical

Applicants for the above mentioned internships without payment, please apply directly to our facilities and speak to our local staff.

An application is welcome, but not necessary.

Since the internships - except for the introductory, block and lower level practical and upper level practicals - are centrally assigned by our main office, please send your complete application - only once - to the following address:

Upon receipt of your application you will receive an intermediate reply.

Normally we decide on filling the vacant internships by early summer, with exception of the trainees for the polytechnical practical term.
